Is Bedwise free to use?

Residents use Bedwise free — there's no brokerage and nothing to buy to find, join and manage your stay. PG owners start free too: every PG gets a free online listing. Running your PG in the app (rent, tenants, meals, complaints) costs ₹499 a month per PG — cancel anytime. You see the same price again before you pay.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Bedwise works right in your mobile browser and can be added to your home screen like an app. A native Android app is also available for a smoother experience.

Does Bedwise handle my rent payments?

Rent is recorded, not routed through us — your PG owner logs each payment (cash, UPI or bank transfer) so you both have a clean, dated history. The only online payment Bedwise processes is a small refundable booking reservation fee.

Is my personal data safe?

Yes. Connections use HTTPS, PINs are stored only as hashes, and KYC documents are encrypted and visible only to you and your PG owner. We never sell your data or use it for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.

I'm a PG owner — can I move my existing tenants in?

Absolutely. You can add existing tenants with their dues and deposit status, set up rooms and beds, and be running the same day. Everything is designed to match how you already work.
