Delete your Bedwise account

You can permanently delete your Bedwise account at any time. This page explains what is deleted and what is kept for legal compliance.

What gets permanently deleted

Your name, phone number, and PIN
KYC documents (Aadhaar, photos, signed agreements)
Push-notification tokens
Active sessions and PIN-reset requests
Your personal notifications

What is kept (anonymised)

Indian tax law requires PG owners to retain financial records for 8 years. Records you contributed to a PG's books — payments, complaints, messages, audit logs — are kept, but your name is replaced with "Deleted user" so the records cannot identify you personally.

Before you can delete

If you own or co-own one or more PGs, you must first transfer, close, or leave each PG. The deletion screen will show which PGs are blocking deletion and link you to the right place to act on each.

Ready to proceed?

Sign in with your phone number and PIN. After signing in, you will be taken to the deletion screen where you confirm by typing "DELETE MY ACCOUNT". This action cannot be undone.
